Rich in flavour, hazelnuts contain vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin E, copper, iron, magnesium and manganese. All our activated dry goods are free from gluten, dairy and industrial seed oils. Serve: Eat as is for a nutrient-dense snack, add to muesli, salads (especially paired with figs or ricotta!) or baked goods, or grind up in a food processor to make a gluten-free nut meal for baking or a smooth nut butter (team with raw cacao powder, maple syrup and coconut oil- think 'Hazeltella').
