Our sauerkraut is made traditionally by hand using wild fermentation methods without added culture, heat or preservatives, to produce an all-raw live product.
Sold in a 500g glass jar.
Serve: Consume unheated as a condiment to meals or add to salads.
Storage: Keep refrigerated between 1°C to 5°C. Consume by best before date and within 30 days of opening.
