Our organic activated macadamias soaked and dehydrated at low temperature to maximise digestibility and nutrient availability. These are the bomb! The most coveted of all the nuts in my range, I dare you to find macadamia nuts as light, crunchy and perfectly activated as mine. Serve: Eat as is for a nutrient-dense snack, add to muesli, salads or baked goods, grind up in a food processor to make a gluten-free nut meal for baking or a smooth nut butter or roughly chop to make my orgasmic macadamia nut ice-cream or pesto.
Storage: Store in fridge or cool dry place.
