Chicken liver pâté is a traditional French spread or dip made with chicken livers that pairs beautifully with quality sourdough bread or vegetable crudities. It is a convenient and palatable way of getting iron rich organic chicken livers into your and your family’s diet. Livers from organic and pastured chickens are one of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet. High in not only iron but also B group vitamins (especially B12 and folate), Vitamins A, D and C, and trace minerals such as phosphorous and copper.
Our traditional pâté is made with organic butter. We also have dairy-free version using organic extra virgin cold pressed olive oil in place of butter.
Sold in a 190g glass jar.
Serve: Enjoy with vegetable crudities, gluten free crackers or on quality sourdough or sprouted bread.
Storage: Store frozen. Once thawed in the fridge, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of opening.
