Organic Chicken Liver Pâté
I started making pâté as a palatable way of eating livers after I came off a vegetarian diet with very low iron levels. Our sage and thyme pâté is traditionally made with pastured butter, however we also make dairy-free version using organic extra virgin cold pressed olive oil in place of butter.
Sold in a 190g glass jar.
Serve: Enjoy with vegetable crudities or on quality sourdough or sprouted bread.
Storage: Store frozen. Once thawed in the fridge, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of opening.
