When will you start living the life of your dreams?

Once upon time there was a girl who worked crazy long hours as a corporate lawyer in a concrete building with artificial lighting doing work that didn’t light her up. She fell into it as she had no idea what she wanted to do in her life. After 10 years, she burnt out and the universe forced her to choose a different path. She decided to take matters into her own hands and rewrite her life, from ground up....from the food she ate, to what she drank, to the products she cleaned her house with, to how she moved, to how she slept, to the personal care products she put on her skin, to the people she surrounded herself with, and to the environments she spent her time in. She came out a more shiny, vibrant and robust version of herself and wanted to share her journey, her learnings and her passion with others to help them onto a healthier path. Her passion fuelled the creation of her businesses, which grew organically and authentically. And she decided to make it her mission to create a community and to help other women - not just physically and emotionally- but also financially.... so that they can be the best possible versions of themselves and in turn be of greater service to others.

As a mum (and even more so as a single mum) she knows how important it is to feel positive and empowered - in every sense of the word. She wants to feel fulfilled and inspired by her work and wants to make an impact that brings abundance that blesses her family and others. That girl was me.

Introducing new holistic dentist Dr Ian Hedley!

Becca Crawford

For many of you who follow me on social media or have had health coaching sessions with me you will know that Dr Aushi Patel of Anokhi Dental (formerly known as Bio Compatible Dentistry) in Pitt Street Sydney, has been my holistic dentist of choice for over 15 years. Aushi has extensive knowledge of the work of Dr Weston A Price who himself was a dentist and did some ground breaking research in the early 1900’s regarding oral bacteria and general health. She believes that a healthy mouth requires good nutrition. Needless to say, we are on exactly the same nutritional and lifestyle page.

Aushi has reached full capacity and is not taking on new clients for at least 6 months. As a result Aushi is proud to introduce Dr Ian Hedley who joins the Anokhi Dental team from London where he was working as a holistic dentist. Like Aushi, Ian received his dental training at the world renowned Kings College Hospital and also has extensive knowledge about the work of Dr Weston A Price and its significance in dental and general health. Ian also follows these principles in his daily life. In fact, the pregnancy and birth of his first child was seen through following a Dr Weston A Price diet and he and his wife continue to follow these principles during the pregnancy of their second child!

Ian brings with him great expertise and a unique approach to dentistry in treating both children and adults. He initially trained as a physical therapist in San Diego, California where he operated his own private practice for almost 10 years. During this time he developed a special interest in jaw joint (TMJ) dysfunction, headaches and neck pain. This inspired him to train as a dental surgeon, allowing him to provide a more holistic treatment approach for his patients.

Ian is passionate about early intervention orthodontic and orthopaedic work for children. His special interest is to guide facial growth and enable the development of a broad wide smile, well developed face and healthy breathing patterns.  He has been fortunate to have been inspired and mentored by some of the most progressive thinkers within this field.

Ian will be available to see patients on Mondays and Thursdays.

Learn more about Dr Ian Hedley and Anokhi Dental if you are looking for a more holistic approach to your dental care. Please let them know I referred you!

Are you ready to take the most important step for you and your family’s health?

Becca Crawford

When I hit rock bottom 20 years with after burning myself out as a young corporate lawyer, there were many doors that I opened that had a profound effect on rebuilding my physical and mental health. But the door that without a doubt had THE MOST PROFOUND EFFECT ALMOST IMMEDIATELY was eating a nutrient-dense omnivorous wholefoods diet rich in organ meats, bone broth, wild seafood, grass fed meat, pastured eggs, and saturated fats from natural sources (along with fermented and fresh veggies, activated nuts and some occasional healthy treats with natural sweeteners low in fructose). I quickly had to learn how to make meals incorporating these foods that literally switch on our DNA so I started getting back into the kitchen and crafting my own recipes as few, if any, people were selling pate, broth, slow cooked casseroles, sauerkraut and activated nuts in Sydney at that time. Almost immediately I felt this food touch my soul and nourish my body. It was learning to cook this food in my home  that was the most instrumental factor in reclaiming my health and maintaining it at a spectacular level all these years later.

The food industry has us believe that cooking is time-consuming, a burdensome chore, hard work and expensive. They would prefer that we buy cheap, packaged or take-away, denatured “food” instead.  It might look cheap but let me tell you this: you are paying a HIGH PRICE for it with your health! The industrial seed oils they cook all such food in, the refined sugars and artificial flavours they use to enhance it and the refined gluten used as one of, if not the main ingredient, all have deleterious effects on our health. Since turning to a home-made real foods diet, and avoiding processed foods and cheap quality take outs,  I have only experienced spectacular health.  Despite episodes of extreme stress (including mould, divorce, death of a family member and more that I won’t bore you with) my robust and uncompromising diet provides me with a strong foundation to weather the (inevitable) storms.

Spurred by my own experience and that of hundreds of my clients, I have made it my life’s mission to educate you on what is (and isn’t) real food, to inspire you to start embracing real food and, more importantly, to empower you to STARTING COOKING IT IN YOUR OWN HOME! The greatest gift I can give you is showing you that making your own nutrient-dense meals can be simple, easy, quick and insanely delicious. The greatest gift I can give you is showing you that IT’S NOT THAT HARD…once you learn the basics…and that’s where I come in!

SOULLA EDITS 23.jpg

In my renowned no-nonsense, uncomplicated approach, I show you in my online workshops (which include a video plus a comprehensive booklet with lifetime access) how you can make your own delicious, nutrient dense meals very quickly and easily. I’ve earnt a reputation of  putting a wholefoods, gluten-free and nutrient dense spin on classic recipes (including traditional Greek family ones) and skipping steps if it does not compromise nutrient density and flavour. I loathe recipes with lengthy ingredient lists and complicated methods. Hence why I started crafting my own recipes over a decade ago with these 4 criteria:

1. Only use nutrient dense ingredients (with no empty fillers) that are ethically sourced and unprocessed

2. The recipe must be quick, simple, easy to make

3. It must have as few ingredients and steps as possible

4.The end product must be intensively flavoursome / insanely delicious

Cooking your own meals gives you confidence! It enables you to reclaim power over your and your family’s health! And it makes us mamas feel so good when we are nourishing our family in the best possible way. Nourishing ourselves and our family is engrained in our ancient DNA. Instead of seeing cooking as a chore, revere it like it once was in traditional cultures- as the life giving tool to heal, nourish, satisfy and delight. See it as a creative pursuit in its own right, a way to use your hands (in this increasingly digital world) and a way to inject your own creative flare into my basic recipes.

Click here to purchase my online workshops either individually or as bundles to save. I have online workshops on bone broth, organ meats, slow cooks, baked cakes, and chocolate. That just about covers the full repertoire of what you need to know!
