Wholefood delights for your Xmas hampers

'Tis the season to be scratching your head wondering what to buy friends and loved ones for Xmas this year. If you're at a loss consider making your own hamper and including in it all or some of the following delectable nourishing wholefoods:

Few people wouldn't appreciate real food as a gift. The balls and nuts make perfect appetizers, snacks or desserts when entertaining guests this summer. Toscana olive oil and vinegars are second to none in terms of quality and price. All these products also have a very long shelf life and don't need refrigeration.

To reserve a bottle of olive oil and/or vinegar let me know ASAP as I have only ordered in a limited quantity of 6 of each. To purchase, simply pop over to my home at a mutually convenient time to select what products you would like to include in your hamper. Then go buy a nice box or basket (if you want to) and it's all done!

Chocolate for Easter!

I love chocolate. Always have and always will. But if I’m going to eat it I want the real deal. I’m talking about REAL chocolate made from raw cacao powder, raw cacao butter and a natural unrefined sweetener like maple syrup or dates. I don’t want some poor imitation made with soy lecithins, sugar, agave syrup (which is 90% fructose), milk powders, flavours and artificial ingredients (read the ingredients on some Cadbury’s chocolate and you’ll get my drift). There is no chocolate that I know of that ticks all of these boxes…which is why I started making my own years ago. Raw cacao powder is high in antioxidents, and raw cacao butter is high in healthy saturated fats. I want my children and family to enjoy the sublime taste of real chocolate especially at Easter time. I pop chocolate coconut balls and almond coconut balls (both sweetened only with dates) into coloured plastic egg containers and hide them around the garden for an Easter egg hunt for the children and their friends. If you want your kids, family and friends to enjoy real chocolate for Easter without any of the nasties, pick up a bag of my hand-made chocolate coconut balls…..its the real (raw) deal!

I decided at the end of last year not to wholesale any of my products to shops. Apologies to those of you who have gone into GRUB or OVVIO looking for my activated nuts, raw dark chocolate balls or nut balls not to find them on the shelves! The long and the short of it was that I just couldn't keep up with the ever-growing demand. Nice problem to have, I know, but I was reluctant to open up commercial premises to meet the demand as my ethos is and always was to keep my products hand-made home-made in small volumes to maintain the highest quality and freshness. So I only sell my products from my home in Bronte. To purchase, simply call, text or email me and pop over at a mutually convenient time to buy or simply sample and have a chat.
