I crafted this soup based on my Greek mama’s recipe then added a wholefoods twist. Containing traditional fat in the form of pastured butter and made with our long slow simmered organic pastured chicken broth, this makes for a very smooth, creamy, deeply nourishing and satiating soup.
Sold in 500g 100% compostable cardboard container*.
Storage: Store frozen. Thaw frozen broth in a sealed container overnight in the fridge. Once thawed, keep refrigerated in a sealed container, use within 3 days.

*All our soups are packed in 100% compostable material, which includes the bowl, lid and label. Please dispose the packaging in commercial composting, or your general waste bin. Many councils send their general waste to a Mechanical and Biological Treatment facility, which recovers the compostable material and captures methane emissions.
