How To Place Your Monthly YL ER Orders

If you’re on the monthly Essential Rewards program (which is the most economical and intelligent way of ordering) you will need to change / update your order every month on or before your ordering processing date (otherwise you will receive a repeat of your last order).
It's super important that you place a “Monthly ER Order” and not a standard order otherwise you’ll still get a repeat of your previous monthly order and will fail to get the discounted shipping and fail to earn reward points and will also miss out on the monthly promos. These generous benefits ONLY attach to monthly ER orders and not standard orders.
There are 2 ways to change / update your monthly ER order:
1. Call YL on 02 8604 5600; or

To manually push through your order so that it processes BEFORE your monthly order processing date so that you get your products earlier (which is what I do every month as a CANT WAIT TO GET MY ORDER!!) watch the above video from the 5 minute mark to 5 minutes 27 seconds.

If you’re on the monthly ER program the only time you’ll ever need to place a standard order is you want to order something after you’ve placed an ER monthly order (because you’ve forgotten to order something or because you want to take advantage of a one off promo of products that YL have dictated can only be purchased via standard order).
